Dream Team ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Dream Team mobile app and website.

By using Dream Team, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, username, and profile information when you create an account.

With your permission, the app reads your sleep from Apple Health on your iPhone and calculates a 0–100 sleep score. Only that score, the date, and which wearable recorded the night are sent to our servers — never your detailed Apple Health data.

In addition, we may collect usage data, device information, and analytics to help us improve the app experience.

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve Dream Team, including running brackets, matchups, and in-app points.

Your sleep data is used to calculate competition scores, match you against other users, and display progress in the app.

We may also use your information to communicate with you, provide support, send updates, and ensure the security of our platform.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate the app, such as hosting, analytics, and customer support providers.

We may use aggregated, anonymized statistics that do not identify you to improve the product. We never sell, share, or use health or sleep data for advertising or marketing.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.

Sleep and health data is sensitive. We access this data only with your explicit permission and through platform-provided APIs like Apple HealthKit.

You can revoke access to health data at any time through your device settings. Please note that some features of Dream Team may not function without access to sleep data.

We do not use health data for advertising or marketing, we never sell it, and we never share it with third parties except service providers that host it for us.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.

You can delete your account and its data at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account).

You can update your account information or delete your account at any time within the app settings.

You may also opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages.

Dream Team is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of Dream Team after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
