By accessing or using Dream Team, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app or website.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

Dream Team is a mobile and web application that turns sleep tracking into friendly, bracket-style competitions. Users connect sleep data from Apple Health, join tournaments, and compete based on daily sleep scores.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to provide notice for material changes, but reserve the right to make changes without notice.

To participate in competitions, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Dream Team.

You agree not to use Dream Team to:

• Manipulate, fake, or cheat sleep scores or competition results
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share referral links or invites through spam, bots, or deceptive practices

Dream Team may award points, virtual currency, or other in-app rewards for participation and winning brackets. Points and virtual currency have no cash value unless otherwise stated and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the app.

Paid brackets, point purchases, and real-world reward redemptions may be offered in the future. Any such features will be governed by additional terms and eligibility requirements posted at that time.

The Dream Team name, logos, visual design, code, and content are owned by the app operator and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the app, such as profile information or display names. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate and improve the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the service or other users.

You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, any accumulated points or virtual currency may be forfeited at our discretion.

Dream Team is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Sleep scores are computed using data you provide or authorize from third-party health services. These scores are for entertainment and competition purposes and are not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for sleep or health concerns.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app operator and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use Dream Team.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars if you did not pay anything.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms in the app and updating the 'Last updated' date. Your continued use of Dream Team after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
