FAQ
How do I submit my sleep score?
Open the app each morning, tap Import from Apple Health, then submit. Scores come only from Apple Health (no manual entry). Submit before the daily 9:00 PM Eastern (6:00 PM Pacific) deadline or that day counts as a forfeit.
Why don’t I see the Apple Health import option?
It needs a real iPhone and Health permission for Dream Team (Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Dream Team). If no sleep shows up, make sure your wearable's app has synced last night to Apple Health, then try again.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Any wearable that syncs sleep to Apple Health works: Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura, WHOOP, Eight Sleep or Coros. Fitbit doesn't sync sleep to Apple Health, so it isn't supported.
What health data does Dream Team use?
Dream Team reads your sleep data from Apple Health with your permission and uses it to calculate your score. Only the resulting 0–100 score is sent to Dream Team to run your matchups—not your raw, detailed Apple Health sleep data. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
How are matchups and brackets decided?
Brackets have 64 players and run for six rounds. Each day, your sleep score goes head-to-head with one opponent's score. The higher score advances, and winning six nights in a row makes you the bracket champion.
Is Dream Team free? Is there real-money betting?
Dream Team is free — there's nothing to buy and no real-money wagering. Free-bracket champions earn points to use in the app.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Profile tab and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data.
